- 1 slice bread
- 1 piece cooked bacon
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper optional
- garlic powder optional
- chopped parsley, arugula, etc. optional as a garnish
Cook bacon as desired. Follow this recipe for crispy air-fried bacon. Cook your egg as desired.
Toast slice of bread.
Mash avocado and add salt, pepper, or garlic if desired.
Chop bacon into small strips.
Spread avocado onto toast, top with egg and bacon.
Add more salt and pepper if desired.
