Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 large avocado
  • 1 slice bread
  • 1 piece cooked bacon
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper optional
  • garlic powder optional
  • chopped parsley, arugula, etc. optional as a garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon as desired. Follow this recipe for crispy air-fried bacon. 
  • Cook your egg as desired. 
  • Toast slice of bread. 
  • Mash avocado and add salt, pepper, or garlic if desired. 
  • Chop bacon into small strips. 
  • Spread avocado onto toast, top with egg and bacon. 
  • Add more salt and pepper if desired.

Variations

A great thing about this bacon and egg avocado toast is that you can LOAD it with tons of extra toppings!
  • Spicy - Top with hot sauce, siracha, hot honey, or red pepper flakes.
  • Veggie - Tomatoes, bell peppers, or mushrooms would taste amazing paired with bacon and egg!
