1 small avocado or 1/2 large avocado 1/8 cup ricotta 1 piece toast 1 tsp fresh lemon juice to taste 1 tsp hot honey or regular honey 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning flake sea salt (optional) lemon zest (optional)
Spread ricotta cheese evenly on the toast.
Mash avocado with lemon juice in a small bowl.
Add mashed avocado on top of the ricotta cheese.
Add honey and everything bagel seasoning.
