Ingredients
  

  • 1 small avocado or 1/2 large avocado
  • 1/8 cup ricotta
  • 1 piece toast
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice to taste
  • 1 tsp hot honey or regular honey
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • flake sea salt (optional)
  • lemon zest (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Spread ricotta cheese evenly on the toast. 
  • Mash avocado with lemon juice in a small bowl.
  • Add mashed avocado on top of the ricotta cheese.
  • Add honey and everything bagel seasoning.
  • Add salt, pepper, and/or lemon zest if desired.
