This recipe is very similar to my avocado toast and tofu recipe! I love adding eggs, tofu, sausage, bacon, etc to toast because it adds extra flavor and protein.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp tuna in water
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 piece of toast
- pepper (optional)
- chopped cucumber (optional)
- salt and pepper (optional)
- garlic (optional)
Instructions
- Toast slice of bread
- Mash avocado in bowl and mix in salt and pepper if desired
- Spread mashed avocado on toast
- Evenly add tuna to avocado toast.
- Add optional ingredients to tuna toast (cucumber, bacon, salt, pepper, garlic)
Hint: Make sure that you drain the water from canned tuna before serving. You can also use tuna packets instead of canned tuna if desired. Tuna packets have different flavors that would spice this recipe up!
